Nandi Hills

After about 3 weeks in the US it was good to be back home. I decided to go for a drive to Nandi Hills. Nandi Hills are about an hours drive from the city of Bangalore. I have blogged some pictures that I took on my trip to the hills.

We arrived at Nandi Hills on an overcast day. It was nice and cool and a strong breeze blew across the hill as we drove up its slopes Posted by Hello

A bench invited us to sit there and enjoy the view of the land around us. Posted by Hello

The famous ruler Tipu Sultan used to throw criminals and spies off this cliff! Very drastic measures people had in olden times. Currently known as suicide point. Posted by Hello

As the ferry chugged along, I could see Seagulls overhead. These guys seemed to be matching the ferry's speed so they appeared to be static over the ferry. Posted by Hello

This was the ferry to Bremerton. The ferry I took looked exactly the same. Posted by Hello
